CrossFit Fees are significantly different than a “regular” gym. This is because WE are not “regular”…that’s why you’re here. Regular gyms don’t work for most people. HOW DO YOU GET STARTED AND JOIN OUR COMMUNITY AT OVERDRIVE?
STEP 1 : CONTACT US AND SCHEDULE YOUR FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION
In this session, you will meet with one of our Certified Crossfit coaches and learn about what Crossfit is and how it works. You will then have an opportunity to move around as we will conduct a fitness assessment/baseline workout to see where your fitness levels are at. We will then help you establish your fitness and lifestyle goals to determine a suitable program for you.
STEP 2 : INTRO BOOTCAMP AND FUNDAMENTALS COURSE
Once you have completed your intro session, you will enroll into our Intro Bootcamp and Fundamentals Course. This consists of 1-month of bootcamp classes(3 times per week) along with 4 semi-private personal training sessions. During this month, you will learn all the basic Crossfit movements along with an introduction to Olympic lifting, power lifting, and gymnastics techniques to prepare you for the regular Crossfit group classes.
STEP 3 : START YOUR CROSSFITTING LIFESTYLE!
This is what you’ve been waiting for! You will start joining the regular classes and become apart of the community. The physical training and mental benefits of CrossFit are well documented; however, the culture and community of people is what sets CrossFit apart from other methods. As a member of the community you will receive support from coaches and athletes, and have a great time at many social events.
INTRO BOOTCAMP and FUNDAMENTALS COURSE(Mandatory for all new students before enrolling into Group Classes)
- $375(This includes 1 month of Intro Bootcamp and 4 semi-private personal training sessions)
GROUP CLASSES
- $150.00/month (12 consecutive month committment)
- $170.00/month (6 consecutive month committment)
- $205.00/month (monthly pay as you go)
- $250 – 20 session pass (valid for maximum of 8 weeks from day of purchase – 10% off if another pass purchased before expiry)
BOOTCAMP
$155/month (starts the 1st of every month running three times per week – M,W,and Fridays at 9 am or 6 pm)
STUDENTS
$125/month(3 month committment – must show valid student ID)

$20 for non-members – Must be already Crossfitting at another affiliate
INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Prices are per person
- 1 on 1 Training: 1 hour session – $65.00
- 1 on 2 Training: 1 hour session – $50.00
Packages are all pre-paid only
- 10 Session Package: Individual – $500.00
- 10 Session Package: 2 people – $800.00 ($400 each person)
**12% HST is applicable on all fees**
**1st Responders receive a 15% discount

**CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRE-PAY A MINIMUM OF 2 MONTHS ALONG WITH A 1 MONTH COMMITTMENT DEPOSIT(which will be refunded at end of committment term)
