About Crossfit Overdrive

Crossfit is a specialized core strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied in movements and based on functionality. It is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response from your body as possible. Crossfit is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Crossfit is designed so people of all levels and age groups can do this.

The CrossFit Overdrive facility offers approximately 4000 sqft of training space with rubberized flooring throughout. The wide range of equipment includes kettlebells, medicine balls, climbing ropes, olympic rings, a 14-person pull-up cage, Olympic bumper plates and bars, Concept II rowing machines, GHD units, heavy and speed bags, ladders, hurdles, plyo boxes, just to name a few. After classes, students can have a shower than relax in the lounge. Plenty of free parking is available.
